Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and inspire an in-home sales team to achieve and exceed goals, fostering a high-energy, results-focused atmosphere. Set ambitious sales targets and guide the team to crush them!
Create an environment of growth and continuous improvement by conducting engaging training sessions, both one-on-one and in groups, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and innovation.
Respond swiftly to inquiries and tackle challenges head-on
Recruit, interview, and hire top sales talent who share our commitment to customer satisfaction
Work closely with a dedicated and success driven team.

Requirements

At least 2 years of sales management experience, with a proven track record of success.
At least 2 years of personal sales experience, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and results.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and innovation.
